I have waited for your new update for almost 2 months liao, finally, super delicious fried chempedak. Actually i'm thinking to ask from you for the recipe of 榴槤糕 you did in June, my daughter love this, could you so kind share the recipe? Thanks.

Love cempedak!Same as like ours the way of frying but we leave out the seed :)

Wonderful cempedak fritter. But this year my SIL is not here to deep fried for me. :( Usually she is the one who done everything and I eat. ^-^
fly, did you mean just Durian meat and sugar only, dont need to add any flour?

好久没吃炸尖不辣,明天有pasar malam,要去巡巡看有没有卖了。

Only available from the goreng pisang stall at certain time of the year. Usually buy alot cos only can eat the flesh but not the hard seed.
